Before the call

A few things that make the call more useful.

If you have already run the free health check, bring your results and we will go through them together. If you would also like us to run a live send test during the call, send a test email from your platform to our check address beforehand. You will find it in your confirmation email once you book.

The call works well in a range of situations. Open rates that have dropped without an obvious reason, transactional emails that customers are not receiving, the aftermath of an ESP migration, a sending programme you have recently inherited and do not fully trust, or just a feeling that something is wrong but you are not sure where to start. You do not need a clear diagnosis before you get in touch.
