Built by someone who spent a decade on the inside.
I joined SendGrid in 2017 as one of the first five EMEA employees, and spent the following years building the EMEA customer success function across the UK, France, Spain, and Germany as the team grew and Twilio's acquisition brought new scale and complexity.
In that time I worked closely with the companies experiencing exactly the challenges Digistrat now exists to solve: fast-growing SaaS businesses, FinTechs, and app platforms who needed serious deliverability expertise but did not have the budget or the contract size to access enterprise professional services.
When Twilio restructured its global teams in 2023, working directly with that market felt like the obvious next step. Digistrat is a UK specialist practice built around one straightforward belief: the expertise that has historically sat inside enterprise ESP contracts should be accessible to the companies that actually need it most.

Five things that hold true at every engagement.
UK-based and built for UK and European senders, with a working understanding of the regulatory context they operate in.
Businesses where email drives revenue, which means the commercial context, the risk profile, and the technical challenges are familiar from the first conversation.
A wider view than most audits take, covering the full picture of how an email programme behaves rather than stopping at the technical layer.
All work handled directly by a senior specialist. No account managers, no junior analysts, no work being done by someone who was not in the room when the brief was taken.
Pricing built for growth-stage companies, not enterprise contracts, which means the depth of expertise involved is accessible to the businesses that actually need it most.
A few things worth knowing.
Who do you typically work with?
Any UK business where email is genuinely commercial. Onboarding flows that need to land, transactional mail customers actually rely on, lifecycle programmes that drive retention or conversion. Typically growth-stage rather than enterprise, which is also where the budget gap exists.
Do you work alone or with a team?
Every engagement is handled directly by a senior specialist. No account managers, no junior analysts, and no work being passed to someone who was not in the room when the brief was taken. The flip side is that the client list is kept small on purpose so every client gets proper attention.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
The practice is UK-based and the work is particularly relevant to UK and European businesses, given the GDPR context and the sender behaviour we understand well. International clients are welcome where there is a good fit. Get in touch and we can talk through whether it makes sense.
How quickly can we get started?
The free check-up is usually available within a week. The audit itself typically completes within three to five business days once we have access and information. The fix takes longer depending on scope, but most projects run two to six weeks. Ongoing monitoring begins straight away once it is in place.
